• Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Full payment is mandatory prior to event attendance.

• Huiyu Exhibition will not provide refunds for cancellations. Delegate registrations must not be shared or swapped.  Substitutions will be accepted only in writing up to seven (7) days prior to the event. Huiyu Exhibition reserves the right to refuse to accept your registration.

• All unauthorized photography and the recording or transmitting of audio/visual material, data or information is expressly prohibited. Huiyu Exhibition reserves the right to refuse admission to or to reject from the event any person in its absolute discretion for failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions, or whomsoever, in the sole opinion of Huiyu Exhibition represents a security risk or annoyance to the running of the event.

• Huiyu Exhibition reserves the right at any time to change the format, participants, content, location and timing or any other aspect of the event, including pricing, in each case without liability. Changes to price will not affect existing registrations and will only impact new registrations.

• If Huiyu Exhibition is liable to you for any reason, Huiyu Exhibition's total liability is limited to the amount of registration fee paid by you to Huiyu Exhibition.
